A new mandatory digital support plan being introduced for all pupils with SEN who do not have an EHCP. Stemming from the Schools White Paper, ISPs create a universal right to structured, school-level support without needing a statutory assessment process. Designed to provide faster, more consistent help to children whose needs fall below the EHCP threshold.
